Terri Crowley Josephson
My introduction to the fitness industry was in 1978 and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’m a certified Personal Trainer through AFFA and Group Exercise Certified through ACE. I also hold specialty certifications in Nutrition, Stott & Power Pilates Mat, Spinning, and Zumba. I am also trained on the Pilates Reformer, Ladder Barrel and Tower, through Balanced Body. My specialty is in Personal Pilates training which means that any program I prescribe for you will have a whole body approach addressing strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you are 8 or 80, looking to improve your competitive performance or recover from injury, I would be happy to work with you. I thrive on seeing the positive changes in my clients as they become stronger and more empowered when they take charge of their health.

I have been a certified personal trainer since 1996. I am certified through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). My background is in strength and conditioning. I have completed marathons and triathlons and adventure races. I am just as happy training outside as I am inside. Past clients include weekend warriors, figure competitors, active people, those who need to improve their health, and couch potatoes. The biggest thrill I get is when my clients actually look forward to their next workout. I want my clients to succeed! I will help construct a fitness plan and safely instruct and push you to reach your goal(s).
Tami Yusk
I received my B.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida in 1996. The following year I became an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and trained my first clients in their home for 9 years. During that time I worked as a rehab tech in physical therapy, coached swimming, taught strength classes for women, competed in triathlons, and went to massage school. I also worked 5 years as a personal trainer at the Gasparilla Inn, on Boca Grande, where I trained a wide range of clients from ages 16 to 90 and from novices to elite athletes. I enjoy listening and learning about each individual client and designing a program that keeps exercise fun and doable. And now that I am a parent, I have discovered one more important reason to keep fit: to keep up with the kids (and grandkids). Your goal is my goal. So let's get to work!
