On Saturday, May 23rd, the YMCA dance program performed its rendition of the highly acclaimed Broadway production the Lion King.  Guests enjoyed a catered lunch, 70 dancers performed in 13 numbers, and the awards presentation was followed by a dessert reception for everyone.  “It really was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” states executive producer, Michelle Guy.  “I am not sure how we are going to top that for 2010, but I am sure to find a way.”  The YMCA also provided handmade costumes for the kids to keep after the show.
